This is where it starts

Is it true?

Three words. One question. The most dangerous thing you can ask yourself — because once you answer it honestly, everything changes.

Stop.

Before you read another word. Before you scroll. Before you do anything else.

Think of something you believe about yourself. Something you've been carrying. A story you tell yourself about why things are the way they are.

Now ask it: Is it true?

Not "does it feel true." Not "have I always believed it." Not "would other people agree."

Is. It. True.

Most people never ask.
That's why most people are stuck.

How To Use It

Honestly. Without judgment. That's it. That's the whole method.

01

Name the belief

Pick something you've been telling yourself. "I'm not good enough." "I can't change careers at my age." "This relationship is fine." "I need sugar to get through the day." Whatever it is — drag it into the light. Say it out loud or write it down. No editing. No softening.

02

Ask the question

Is it true? Not "does it feel true" — feelings lie. Not "has it always been true" — the past lies too. Is this thing, right now, actually, verifiably, honestly true? Sit with the discomfort. Don't rush to answer.

03

Listen to the answer

Here's the part that changes everything. If it's true — it'll survive the question. It'll stand there, solid and undeniable. You can work with truth. But if it's not true? If the answer is no, or even "I'm not sure"? You just got free. That belief was a cage you built for yourself. And you just found the door.

04

Pull a lever

Now that you can see clearly, do something about it. Was the belief about what you consume? That's your Fuel lever. About what you're building or avoiding? Forge. About how you're treating your body, your mind, your rest? Flow. Clarity without action is just philosophy. Pull the lever.

Lies that don't
survive the question

"I need to eat this way because everyone does."

Fuel Lever

"The news keeps me informed."

Fuel Lever

"I'll start when the timing is right."

Forge Lever

"I don't have time for myself."

Flow Lever

"This is just who I am."

All Three Levers

IS IT TRUE

The truth doesn't need your protection. It doesn't need you to dress it up or soften it. It just needs you to stop running from it.
